The Arab Planning Institute (API) organized a specialized seminar titled “Business Environment and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs): The case of Kuwait “on Monday 14th of April 2014. The seminar was attended by a group of specialists in the field of Small and Medium Enterprises. It discussed the status of SMEs sector in Kuwait and highlighted the main challenges facing these enterprises. It also discussed the importance enhancing business environment in SMEs development.
