On Thursday 1/3/2012 the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait (API) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) at GOIC's headquarters in Doha, Qatar. The MOU aims at promoting and deepening aspects of scientific & technical cooperation between the two parties, especially in areas of researches, training and consulting services, in addition to exchange of publications & organization of specialized meetings. The MOU was signed by Dr. Bader Othman Malallah - Director General of API, and Mr. Abdul Aziz Bin Hamad Al-Aqeel, Secretry General of GOIC.
