The Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait held a training Program titled “SMEs Finance” for the Ministry ofFinance during the period 5-9/11/2023 in Iraq.    Itaimed to provide participants with the needed skills to deal with the SMEs financinggap and to analyze the nature, size, and solutions of this gap. It alsohighlighted the role of financial and non-financial institutions, loanguarantee programs and insurance sector in dealing with access to finance problems.
