Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait held a training Program for the good Word Association Withinthe initiative of His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa to prepare youngleaders in the Kingdom of Bahrain about “Developing Leadership Skills” duringthe period 6-8/6/2023. The program aims to present the concept,importance, types, and styles of leadership, explain the concept andcharacteristics of a leader, his attributes and the skills he must have,explain the difference between a leader and a manager, discuss the differencebetween a leader and an entrepreneur and determine how to develop leadershipskills with some practical applications.
