| The program focused on Strategic Planning for the benefit of the Palestinian Economic Council for Development and Reconstruction (PECDAR) during the period from 30/10/2022 to 3/11/2022 in the city of Amman - the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The program focused on practical applications of strategic planning through reviewing, amending, and suggesting new strategic plans for group of ministries and public organizations like: Economy, ministry of educations, ministry of health, finance ministry, Istiklal Bank. The groups focused on re-engineering visions, missions, values, LOBs, SBUs, goals, and KPIs, for the organization strategic plans. The program emphasizes on building the trainees capacities with respect to strategic planning in public sector. |
