| The Arab Planning Institute organized a training program entitled "Advanced Skills in Training in the Field of Small and Medium Enterprises" for the benefit of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority during the period from 19/6/2022 to 23/6/2022 in the city of Muscat - Sultanate of Oman. The program focused on preparing trainers and provide them with tools and techniques to deliver high value-added training course. The program emphasizes on building capacities of trainees on the delivering and opening programs and presenting excellent materials that suits the trainee needs. The focus on the trainee personality was essential in the program, ways to break the ice with audience, building on capacity, deep knowledge, and personal skills to enhance the audience understanding of the training topic. |
