The Arab Planning Institute initiated the training program on "The Basics of Project and Program Management" during the period from 9/3/2022 - 10/3/2022- for the National Technology Enterprises Company at its headquarters in Kuwait.
The aim of the Project and Program Management program is to identify the process of managing, planning, organizing, directing and supervising the resources available in projects and programs (human resources, material, financial and technological resources, administrative capabilities, time, etc.), In a way that the project or program can be successfully completed, taking into account the factors of quality, time and available cost, and achieving the objectives for which the project or program was established.
