The Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait held a training Program for the Ministry of Education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.


The Arab Planning Institute (API), organized the training program for the Ministry of Education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on "Creative Leadership and Institutional Innovation" during the period 14-18/4/2019. The objective of the program was to introduce participants to the concept of creative leadership and institutional innovation and their relationship to sustainable development issues. The program also aimed to analyze leadership patterns and their impact on the work of organizations, and to recognize the importance of the role of leadership in institutional performance. The program focused on presenting and discussing the vision of Jordan 2025 and its compatibility with building the knowledge and innovation society and economy and achieving the criteria of institutional excellence and competitiveness. Finally, the program introduced a reading of Arab and international experiences, in addition to the models of institutional excellence and the development of individual and institutional capacities to analyze the elements of the success of these experiences to benefit them at the level of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
