The
Arab Planning Institute (API) in Kuwait organized a training program on "Development Planning and Project Evaluation"
for the benefit of participants from the Federal Republic of the Comoros, during
the period from 19/11/2018 to 23/11/2018.
The
program aim was to provide participants with knowledge and practical skills
related to applied development planning and in the preparation of national and
sectoral plans and to show them how they relate to national development
strategies and vision. The program aimed also at providing participants with
various analytical tools used in preparing development plans, evaluating the
different impacts of developmental projects on the economy and assess their contribution on economic growth, on raising
exports, and on improving income distribution, and poverty reduction and
environmental impacts.
