The Arab Planning Institute (API) organized a training program under the tittle “Skills for Identifying Training Needs and Career Guidance” for the benefit of The National Planning Institute, Egypt, During the period 13/12/2015-17/12/2015.
The program aimed at equipping the participants with the needed skills to identify training needs within their department, as well as gaining the ability to plan and formulate career and training path for those who work in governmental and non-governmental posts.
