Arab Planning Institute (API) held
a training program on “performance measurement and indicators Balanced
Scorecard (BSC) “for the benefit of the Ministry of Education - educational
planning and project management in the Kingdom of Bahrain. During the period
from 25/9/2016 to 27/9/2016.
The program aims to introduce the
concept of performance indicators, and features performance measurement
indicators, the types of performance indicators, as well as how to link
performance indicators to measure the developmental objectives and follow-up of
educational development plans in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The program also
touched on how to apply performance indicators on the Ministry of education projects
and programs. The program focused on the application of different department in
the ministry of education. The training focused
on using the Balanced Scorecard system as a system to measure and translate the
ministry's vision and strategies into operational objectives and indicators
process, in addition to monitoring performance against strategic objectives in
the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Finally, training focused on Economic Vision 2030
for Bahrain and initiatives of the Ministry of Education to align with this
vision and the application to the Ministry of Education strategy. Many
developments strategies and how they should be integrated with the Ministry strategy
to achieve the targeted goals by the Ministry of education in the kingdom of
Bahrain were used in training
